Possession Request & Handover Process
We understand that you are eager to take possession of your new home. That is why we stick to the deadlines, barring situations beyond our control, and complete your home as per the exacting standards that you expect.
Once your new home is ready for occupancy we will intimate you of the same. You will in turn need to inspect the house and give us a signed acceptance letter. Here are a few valuable pointers to make the process smooth for you.
- Inspect the house thoroughly before you sign the acceptance letter.
- If you notice any problem we invite you to get in touch with our relevant team. Any rectification if required will be immediately taken up for completion.
- Any seepage in the plumbing lines or any other guarantee if available from any vendor supplied fixtures will be taken up within a fixed duration as notified to you separately.
- We suggest that you inform the service teams about your intended date of possession in sufficient advance so that the respective teams can prepare all your certificates and documents well in time.
- Handover process completes once the service team hands over the documents kit, gate pass and the two sets of keys for the flat. You need to handover the gate pass to the security on the date of possession.
We would like to suggest that you do sign the acceptance letter before you take possession. In case this is not done it is assumed that everything is in order and you have been fully satisfied.
Also ensure that the handover kit has all the receipts for the taxes paid and the charges (electricity, water etc) paid.
